To me, the true essence of the sport of fishing has nothing to do with table fare. It is indeed a complete and total experience of immersing oneself in a purely natural environment away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life to commune with Mother Nature, her sights and creatures. Stalking and catching fish is simply the vehicle that we use to promote this returning to nature for brief periods of time.

I personally choose to release the fish to swim another day so that they may multiply and be there for future generations... However, if you would like to take a couple home for dinner, that will be perfectly fine... just let me know in advance so preparations can be made...
